DES MOINES, Iowa (KCRG) – It’s a new scholarship opportunity that Governor Kim Reynolds announced Friday that could be eligible to certain K-12 students across the state.
It is called the Iowa Scholarship Granting Organization application, and unlike a traditional federal education program funded through direct government appropriations, the scholarships are financed through private donations incentivized by federal tax credits.
