Iowa attorney general joins 24 states in lawsuit against EPA emissions rule

DES MOINES, Iowa (KCRG) – On Friday, Iowa attorney general Brenna Bird joined 25 states in an effort to stop the EPA from enforcing tailpipe emission reductions. The EPA says the plan would cut emissions by 49% by the year 2032 and would reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 7.2 billion tons through 2055.
