DES MOINES, Iowa (Gray Media Iowa Capitol Bureau) – Friday, a Polk County District Court judge partially lifted an injunction blocking Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate’s office from certifying the November ballot. Ballot certification has been on hold as challenges from Libertarian congressional candidates work their way through the courts.
