A rare moment: Nebraska makes the right choice

Sen. Lindsey Graham traveling to Nebraska to, unsuccessfully, support “winner take all” is exactly the wrong direction to go. This is one of the few times where Nebraska actually seems to get it!

More states need to assign their electoral delegates proportionately, not fewer. A straight popular vote would allow a dozen or so cities to decide our Federal leaders, while “winner take all” states effectively silence what could be 49% of their voting population.—

The Electoral College needs revision, but not in the way Graham wants to go. Let’s take the lead, Iowa, and start moving toward the proportional allocation of electoral delegates!

Iowans need to rethink their perspective on immigration based on the facts.

First, immigrants do not commit crimes at a rate higher than white people, according to national statistics. So, Donald Trump’s statements to the contrary are lies.
