DES MOINES, Iowa – Gov. Kim Reynolds hosted her 7th annual Harvest Festival at the Iowa State Fairgrounds Saturday afternoon. Iowans were invited to enjoy live music, pumpkin decorating and balloon animals. Many state leaders were in attendance and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott was a guest speaker. Together, they spoke on the southern border and the two states’ partnership in securing it.
