DES MOINES, Iowa – Grab your umbrella if you’re heading out to vote Tuesday – it’s going to be a rainy Election Day morning. About 650,000 Iowans have already voted and upwards of 1 million more are expected to on Tuesday, when polls are open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. across the state. (Don’t fret: If you’re in line by 8 p.m., you can still vote as long as you stay in line.)
