Some much needed heavy rain is heading for portions of Minnesota, Iowa, and South Dakota. The National Weather Service In Sioux Falls South Dakota is reporting that rain, locally moderate to heavy at times, is expected to prevail across the region Monday through Tuesday morning. Accumulations look to range from a quarter of an inch to 2 inches.
