TOPEKA, Kan. (KCTV) – A plan to immediately cut taxes and save money for Kansans has officially been introduced into the State Legislature. Kansas Governor Laura Kelly announced on Wednesday, Jan. 24, that the bipartisan tax cut package she outlined earlier in January has now been introduced in the Kansas House and Senate.
