TOPEKA, Kan. (KWCH) – Taxes remain top of mind in the Kansas Statehouse. Another large tax cut plan went before lawmakers Wednesday, this one from Governor Laura Kelly. It has bipartisan support but comes as a veto override attempt is expected of the Republican-backed plan, which Kelly vetoed last week.
