MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – The McCoy Rock Quarry received Governor Laura Kelly’s Mined Land Reclamation Award. Kansas Department of Agriculture (KDA) announced on Tuesday, Feb. 6 that the McCoy Rock Quarry received the 2023 Governor’s Mined Land Reclamation Award during the Kansas Aggregate Producers Association meeting on Jan. 11 in Manhattan, Kan.
