Virtual job fair open to all Kansans coming soon

TOPEKA ( KSNT ) – The state of Kansas is holding a virtual job fair open to jobseekers and employers later this month

People looking for a job are encouraged to attend the final statewide job fair of the year. The virtual fair will take place 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25.

“The reliable and resourceful Kansas workforce is attracting a record number of companies to our state,” Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of Commerce David Toland said. “And having so many new jobs is creating opportunities for Kansas jobseekers looking to take the next jump in their professional careers.”

Kansas State Fair releases 2024 attendance numbers

The KANSASWORKS job fair portal is equipped with a training video and list of participating employers. It is recommended that applicants dress professionally because video interviews are possible.
