Ever wonder what Kansas looks like from space? Check out these photos from NASA

For decades, the International Space Station has been orbiting earth and photographing the world — and it has captured some amazing views of the Sunflower State.

More than 700 photos of Kansas are catalogued in NASA’s Johnson Space Center’s Earth Science and Remote Sensing Unit. The International Space station took the photos from more than 250 miles above earth as it travels at a speed of about 17,500 miles per hour.

And while astronauts look down at Kansans, Kansans can look up to them. You can find the date and time the International Space Station will be visible on NASA’s Spot the Station website.
