Childcare providers in Kansas will have their licensing fees waived by the state. Governor Laura Kelly made the announcement today (Monday, September 30) that those seeking their initial licensure or their renewal will haves the fees for licensing, background checks, and fingerprinting fees waived through 2025 or until the available funds run out.
