  • Wind Advisory has been issued for Kansas Counties : Elk, Greenwood, Chautauqua, Woodson, Wilson, Montgomery, Allen, Neosho, and Labette. Oklahoma counties :Washington, Nowata, and Craig.
  • Fire Weather Warning issued for Kansas Counties: Elk, Greenwood, and Chautauqua.
  • Fire Weather Watch issued for Oklahoma Counties: Washington and Nowata.

Wind Gust Tracker:

  • Winds start off gusting up to 40 mph by 7am Monday, but pick up to 45 mph throughout the day.
  • Winds Strengthen to 50 mph by Tuesday and continue throughout most of Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
  • Going to be a very windy couple of days!

  • Winds strengthen ahead of this cold front moving in Wednesday afternoon.
  • Brief showers could start as early as 10am, but the actual line of thunderstorms will be passing mid to late afternoon.
  • We are expecting strong to marginally severe storms Wednesday afternoon and night.
