QUAPAW NATION (KOAM) — The Quapaw Nation Marshal Service is attempting to locate ANDREW LEE RAMOS , who is wanted for multiple Felony Warrants in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri.
Andrew Ramos is described as a Hispanic male, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a small cross tattoo near his right eye and a noticeable scar on his left cheek. Ramos is known to travel by bicycle and on foot in the Commerce, Okla. area and has connections to Pittsburg, Kan.
