TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas members were outside in the cold Friday morning to honor its veteran employees, friends, and family. Blue Cross will be closed on Monday, Nov. 11 in observance of Veterans Day. Therefore, before the weekend arrived, employees gathered at the flagpole for the BCBSKS’ third annual Veterans Day Tribute to honor veterans and the sacrifices made for our country.
