Kentucky law sets ‘bus behavior’ standards, gives drivers right to refuse rides

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Kentucky has passed a law that creates a statewide standard for what is and isn’t acceptable behavior on a school bus. The law says that complaints filed by a driver must be looked into within a week of when it was filed. It also said that the driver has a right to refuse a ride to a student during that investigation.
