BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – Beginning on July 15, a new mandate increasing the cost of vehicle inspections will go into effect in Kentucky. Warren County Sheriff Brett Hightower said that while the inspections only take around 15-20 minutes to complete, depending on parking in Downtown Bowling Green, that time can add up.
