LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Amendment 2 , also known as the Voucher Amendment would change the Kentucky constitution to allow tax dollars, to go to schools that aren’t public. A group from the local nonprofit Kentuckians for the Commonwealth took to the streets of Smoketown Saturday to talk to voters.
