A heat advisory has been issued for parts of West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky on Wednesday. The National Weather Service said it expects heat index values up to 104 degrees Wednesday as the region continues to suffer through an ongoing drought. The heat advisory will be in effect from noon to 8 p.m.
