KENTUCKY, (KBSI) – Kentucky governor Andy Breshear announced that Dolly Parton’s imagination library is making its way to every child’s home in the state of Kentucky. In an update to the press today Breshear says that any parent can enroll a child up to five years old to have a book delivered to their doorstep to allow their imagination to run like wild horses.
