A man in tattered clothes ambles down the road to a neighbor’s house; a family member has just died. As he enters the door, the people gathered inside cringe away from him, making sure to keep their eyes averted. The man sees the body of the deceased laid out on a table with a loaf of bread resting on their chest. He says a few words over the body, picks up the bread, places it in his mouth and begins to chew. After eating all of the bread, he heads for the door.
