Gov. Andy Beshear on Monday joined local leaders at the Barren River Area Development District to present nearly $7.5 million in state budget and grant funding that benefits Butler County, as well as over $9 million in funding to provide high-speed internet to residents of Grayson, Butler, Edmonson, and Warren counties.
