Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear is gaining more national recognition after being named to Time magazine’s 2024 Time100 Next list.
In a Wednesday post on X, formerly Twitter, Beshear said he was honored to be included in the list with “such phenomenal people.”
“This honor is a testament to the great work we’re doing in Kentucky and the rest of the world is noticing,” he wrote.
According to Time Magazine, the Time100 Next list highlights “emerging leaders” in various capacities, ranging from athletes to musicians to politicians.
