The sister of a Kentucky woman accused of murdering and dismembering her mother’s body filed for a restraining order against her brother, claiming he drove her sister to commit the acts, according to court records.

Telby Fields filed a petition for an emergency protection order in the Robertson County District Court on Oct. 11 asking for court action to keep her brother, Truitt Fields, away from her because of threats of violence he’s made toward her throughout her life. The court granted the order, court records show.

The handwritten petition claims that her sister, Torilena Fields, “butchered” her mother, Trudy Fields, “under his advisement.” Telby accuses her brother in the petition of threatening to kill multiple people in her family, including herself, her sister and her mother. Truitt has told her that he would be claiming his “birth right as the first born” by carrying out the threats, according to the court filing.
