ORLANDO, Fla. – Miss Kentucky Chapel Tinius competed Sunday night for the title of Miss America. According to MissKentucky.org, Tinius, a Bowling Green native and granddaughter of two WWII veterans, has heavy local ties, from her home church of First Baptist to being a graduate of Bowling Green High School.
