BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – A bill to allow permitless concealed carry in Louisiana was pre-filed to be re-introduced to the Legislature. In the final days of the 2023 Legislative Session, the bill that State Rep. Danny McCormick, R-Oil City, wrote, was dropped as McCormick disagreed with the changes that were made to his proposed bill.
