Four fugitives out of Louisiana captured in Henderson

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – Four fugitives that were wanted out of Louisiana for Felony Theft and Criminal Conspiracy charges were arrested in Henderson.

According to a release, authorities were alerted that a brown Hyundai Santa FE with South Carolina registration was entering Henderson County from Evansville on February 8 where the alert indicated the registered owner, Patrick Mack of South Carolina was wanted out of Louisiana for Felony Theft and Criminal Conspiracy.

Officials say a deputy located Mack’s vehicle at a motel on US 41 N and contact was made with three other people: Thomas Riley, 71, Pete Mack, 34 and Thomas Mack, 60, all from South Carolina.

Authorities learned Patrick was inside the lobby and just purchased two rooms, and a HCSO Detective learned Patrick had zip lock bags of jewelry in a trash can. All four men were checked for warrants, and it was discovered all four men were wanted out of Louisiana for Felony Theft and Criminal Conspiracy through the DeRidder Police Department with a bond of $250,000 each.
