Louisiana State Police arrest two in child exploitation case

Two men, one from St. Tammany Parish and another from Plaquemines Parish, are facing charges in connection to a child sex exploitation investigation conducted jointly by federal, state, and local authorities.

According to a Louisiana State Police spokesperson, authorities arrested Uri Parra Gonzalez, 35, Slidell, and Gregory Wright, 31, Belle Chase, in connection with their investigation. Both men are facing indecent behavior with juveniles and computer-aided solicitation of a minor charges. The spokesperson did not provide any other details about the investigation.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations, the Madisonville Police Department, and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office assisted the Louisiana State Police Special Victims Unit in this case, which remains under investigation.
