Potential Tropical Cyclone Five forms in the central tropical Atlantic and tropical storm watches have been issued for portions of the Leeward Islands. This system is forecast to become a tropical storm on Tuesday as it nears the northern Leeward Islands. A northerly turn is then forecast by mid to late next week while it strengthens to a hurricane, and heading in the general direction of Bermuda.
