A baby girl left in a hot car on Tuesday has died. Jennings Police Chief Danny Semmes said the 10-month-old died on Wednesday around 11 p.m. He added the case has been forwarded to the district attorney’s office to determine whether charges will be filed. This is the second child in recent weeks to die in Louisiana after being left in a hot car.
