A Louisiana man was arrested Monday afternoon for transporting illegal substances through Harrison County, Texas while traveling on US Highway 59 in Marshall. When you’re on the interstate or driving a Texas highway you have no idea what the other drivers around you are carrying with them or what’s in their trailers. For the most part, it’s just ordinary and everyday kind of things for work or play. But every once in a while that car or truck next to you could be transporting some illegal substances.
