In Louisiana and parts of Texas, there is more than enough habitat for alligators to thrive. And while Louisiana law enforcement officials might have a few more “incidents” involving alligators and humans than Texas officers do, we’d be wrong to say a Texas cop can’t handle himself with a ‘gator.
