Four of Maryland’s 10 Congressional seats are up for grabs in 2024. There hasn’t been this much turnover in the delegation in a very long time. Three U.S. House seats and retiring Sen. Ben Cardin’s seat will open up this year, and all of them are held by Democrats, for now.
