A Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant group has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Roti, which has locations in Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota and the Washington, D.C., announced Friday that it intends to use Chapter 11 to seek new investors or purchasers on an accelerated time frame while reorganizing its finances and ensuring that its restaurants continue to operate.
