DAGSBORO, Del. – Delaware State Police have arrested a Dagsboro pair on charges stemming from a theft investigation. Between May and July, police investigated multiple reports of similar thefts, involving unknown suspects stealing skid steers from commercial properties. On Tuesday, detectives learned that Worcester County Sheriff’s Deputies were investigating thefts in the Berlin area. In a collaboration with Worcester County Sheriff’s Deputies, detectives were able to identify 40-year-old Cody Hudson and 45-year-old Tara Higgins as the suspects in the Delaware skid steer thefts as well as the thefts in Maryland.
