Bel Air, Md. (WBFF) – An MS-13 gang member suspected of murder, attended multiple Maryland public high schools, a Project Baltimore investigation can now confirm. Walter Martinez, who is serving 70 years in prison, enrolled as a student in Harford County and Baltimore County after he killed 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton.
