Self-driving Tesla app sparks safety concerns after Maryland crash

The Summon App for Tesla vehicles is a self-driving feature that, with the tap of a button on a phone, the car’s owner is supposed to be able to have the vehicle navigate to the person on its own with no one inside. But a car crash in Maryland involving that feature is raising new safety concerns. NBC News’ Sue Hogan from NBC4 Washington has the story.
