(MA) Make room in your heart for an adorable puppy who has overcome a tough early life thanks to the kindness of others. Malone is a 7-month-old Black Lab mix who was found living alone in a place not suited for puppies. Thankfully, Malone is now en route to Massachusetts where he will eagerly await his furever family.
Where Was Malone Living Before Being Rescued?
Before coming into Great Dog Rescue New England’s care, Malone was found abandoned in rural Mississippi on the side of a road. The farmer who found Malone said the puppy was living by himself in a culvert.
In an attempt to coax out Malone, the farmer decided to leave his lunch right outside of the culvert. The puppy approached slowly to eat the food but then returned to his culvert. However, it wasn’t long before the farmer convinced Malone of his good intentions.
