Just over one year old and weighing 40 pounds, Sugar and Spice are two adorable mixed-breed gals. These sisters were surrendered, explains the non-profit Great Dog Rescue New England, a shelterless, all-breed rescue group headquartered in Massachusetts. “Sugar and Spice are owner surrendered sisters from Tennessee, rescued from a sad living situation. We have promised these girls a better life and happily ever after where they will have loving families that will never let them down.”

According to their foster, Sugar is a stunning gal with a beautiful brindle and white coat. “She is submissive and shy, but has a very calm and relaxed demeanor especially when she knows she is in a safe place/at home.” Spice is a gorgeous girl with remarkable markings. Their foster explains, “She is submissive, but does have a spicy attitude sometimes and will let you know what she thinks about things! It is very endearing! Overall, she has a very calm and relaxed demeanor especially when she knows she is in a safe place/at home.”
