(WJAR) – Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey will visit Fall River on Monday as her administration promotes a literacy initiative. Healey and Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll will make two stops in Fall River as the two speak on the Bay State’s Literacy Launch initiative and speaking on the investments they are making for child care and mental health in youth.
