(MA) Meet Ollie, a shy sweetheart of a dog who has not had an easy life. Thankfully, his world has finally taken a turn for the better since ending up in rescue with Great Dog Rescue New England. However, he has still been waiting for over four months to find his new family. He will shortly be heading to Massachusetts where they are hopefully waiting for him, even if they don’t know it yet.
What Hardships Did Ollie Face?
According to Great Dog Rescue New England, Ollie came into rescue in bad shape. Although GDRNE did not give details on how he ended up this way, they state that Ollie arrived malnourished and dehydrated. Furthermore, he had a collar embedded in his neck. All of the fur around it was lost and there was an infection in his neck.
