Steward Health Care has reached a deal to sell its 5,000-doctor physicians network to Rural Healthcare Group, the companies announced Monday night. The sale, a major step in Steward’s bankruptcy, still requires approval from a judge in Texas. Steward is also working to sell five hospitals in Massachusetts, as well as facilities in other states.
