Massachusetts voters can start filling out their state primary ballots as early as Saturday, Aug. 24, Secretary of State William Galvin’s office has announced. With the state primaries coming up on Sept. 3, early voting for those elections will start on Saturday and last until Friday, Aug. 30, Galvin’s office said in a statement.
