A Massachusetts State Police detective involved in the Karen Read case has been moved to another assignment, according to a press release from the Massachusetts State Police. Detective Lieutenant Brian Tully, who’s been the subject of an internal investigation has transitioned to a temporary assignment in the Division of Investigative Services but will continue to be available to assist the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office with any cases he was previously involved with, the release said.
