Tracking Massachusetts storm system Thanksgiving week

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Thanksgiving is just days away and many are planning their travel plans and getting ready for the big day.

Millions expected to travel for Thanksgiving

The 22News Storm Team is watching a storm system that will be in the area by the end of the week. There are still some questions when it comes to exact timing but as of Monday, this looks to be more wet than white.

While the Berkshires could start as some snow on Thursday morning, this looks to be a mostly rain event for everyone in southern New England. If you do have plans to travel north into Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine that is where snow and ice are looking more likely.

Either way, the end of the week does look unsettled so stay tuned to the latest forecast from the 22News Storm Team.
