PROVIDENCE – Patients coming to medical facilities operated by the two largest health care systems in the state will have to wear masks, according to recent announcements by Brown University Health and Care New England. Brown University Health – which owns Rhode Island Hospital, The Miriam Hospital, Newport Hospital, Bradley Hospital, Hasbro Children’s Hospital and two hospitals in Massachusetts, along other medical facilities – started requiring masks on Jan. 22.
