A Michigan man is getting a lot of attention after dressing as Satan at a recent Bay City Commission meeting to protest upcoming toll increases on two bridges.
The toll hikes will affect the Independence Bridge and the Liberty Bridge. According to MLive, both bridges are operated by Bay City Bridge Partners.
