One year into Michigan’s hands-free driving law, a study is taking a look at the impacts on the roads. Or rather, the lack of impacts in the form of crashes. Bridge Michigan reports the figures tell state police that there were 305 fewer distracted driving crashes in 2023 compared to the year before, a reduction of roughly 2%.
