MICHIGAN (WNEM) – The Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is now accepting grant proposals for tree planting projects for Michigan communities. The DTE Energy Foundation Tree Planting Grant program is providing a total of $100,000 in funding, and communities can receive up to $4,000 with a one-to-one matching requirement.
